    Question EQ install?

Can some of you who have installed an equilizer let me know how you mounted it under your dash. I don't have much fiberglass under there. I spent all of last nite trying to figure out where I should mount it. If anyone has pics of the underside or of a mounting board that they have installed that would help a ton...

Eric which boat do you have.

I bought some L brackets and added them to the bolts for the steering column, directly under the wheel. I think the bolts are 1/4 or 3/8. then screwed a piece of abs plastic to the bottom of the L brackets then screwed in my eq to the abs plastic.

here is a good link by doc.
top of second page shows docs mount, i used the steering bolts to the right do to the lack of platsic. further down is a finished mount pic of mine on page 3.

    Thumbs up Soundstream...

It was cheap I was just looking for something to be able to fine tune without having to go under the passenger side and mess with the amps. It is a seven band adjust with sub control for $49 shipped. I will let everyone know how it works when I get it done.
