try your local dealer if you have one. you need to buy a set of 4" exhaust flappers. pretty basic stock item. save the one you take off. you then need to cut the round part that the hose clamp clamps down to 3.5".
I saw prices that ranged from $29-45 for a pair online. went to my local dealer(actually mastercraft dealer cause they were closer) and bought a pair for $28 plus tax.
once you open the new 4" one and take the old 3.5" one off, you will see how to cut/install it.. make sure you use the correct hoseclamp, not the 4" ones that come with the new ones

they only make the flappers in 3" and 4". skiers has opted to use a 3.5" pipe. not sure why, but interestingly enough you look at a $75k brand new launch24ssv and it's the same way.
it's real easy to cut it down and get it to fit, and if you take a few minutes and make sure you have a good, sharp utility knife, you can really make it look like it's a 3.5" piece from distances more than a foot away..
One of the many small things that should be changed, however I am sure that with the state of business, guess I'd rather see engineers working on the "big" things..'06 Supra Launch 20SSV-gone but never forgotten

oh ya, and when cutting it, I got the best results cutting at the bottom of the clamped part, not up near where the flapper is molded to the mounting ring. you don't have to modify the flapper part at all, and it is easier to install with the wakeplate all the way down. gives you a little more room to work. adjust it before crawling under the swimdeck in the garage

Because this technology is as old as a set of points and condenser. I get mine at a local Marine Dealer (keep in mind I am surrounded by thousands of offshore boats here) and that is the way they always came and it is an accepted and standard practice to "cut to fit" whatever you are putting them on. I also didn't pay much for them at all, I believe it was less than 10 bucks each and they have a funny name for them but I forgot it.
