Center ballast problem
I can fill and empty the center ballast but when I drive the boat it fills on its own. Also... when I fill the left and right ballast without filling the center, some water gets into the center while those two are filling.
I checked those small black levers on the sprinkler pumps and they are all up so that can't be the issue.

The levers may not work on the center solenoid , Or you may have to take it aprt and see if any debris is stuck in there keeping it open. i think eight or ten screws and it comes apart.

I had some of the same symptoms you had, and found no debris but what I did find was alge growing in there. I cleaned them out with some bleach water and they work good as new.
PWI as usual...
