    Default Flush Kit Questions

What exactly comprises the Moomba "Flush Kit"? I am assuming it is a Perko in-line flush valve, but is it more? Where does it mount? I saw a post here that it mounts after the trans cooler, but it seems to me it should go in front of the raw water pump, or else it will run dry.

Any help/advise will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it is just the Perko inline flush kit. On my V-drive you simply cut the incoming hose from the raw water intake prior to the V-drive and splice it in there, thats all there is to it.

Exactly how is the flush kit used?

What does it do. I thought it would be like the suction cup clamp thing you hook to a water hose to clean out the lake water after you remove the boat from the lake.
