    Default Depth gauge shows ---

I've read on here that the sensor might have detached from the hull to cause the gauge to show no reading. Where is the sensor on my 2004 Mobius LSV? Thanks.

This should give you some basic info. Sounds like it's under the motor on the rear of the boat..

It's actually called a transducer. On my 2006 LSV, it's in front of the v-drive. It's about the size and shape of a hockey puck and will have a wire/wires going to it, no hoses. In the pick below, it's the thing just above and to the right of the white bilge pump, between the v-drive and the fuel tank. You don't have to pull the floor to see it.

Don't confuse it with the speedo pick up. The speedo pick up goes thru the bottom of the hull whereas the transducer does not - it is epoxied to the inside/floor of the hull.

Any luck with figuring it was the transducer or not having the same trouble in my outback the --- pisses me off . Checked my transducer it is still solidly mounted still deciding whether to rip it off and replace.
