What causes switch wine
My stereo has never had switch wine until this weekend. Both the blower is heard as well as the bilge? Could it be a patch cable going bad? Ive had no noise for 2 years.

A ground loop. Happened to me when I added my second battery. I solved it by running a 18awg wire from the head unit ground directly to the second battery, and another directly to the amp. Weird I know, but with just one or another the noise was still there, with both it was fixed.
