What's the easiest way to hook it up to my factory head unit in an 06 LSV? What all do I need to buy and how much should it cost me?

If your deck has an aux hookup that is the best sounding solution. Dont use an fm transmitter, they are $h!t. You can either hard wire in the power source or just use the included cig lighter adapter, which I have found works just fine.
