backroll
Hey,
In perfect water,no wind or chop , I get at least one BR per set & the attempts are close.
But in any rough water I barely get the rotation, you all do anything different when water isn't calm? I also don't have cruise control.
Thanks

If I had to guess, I would say you are trying to "throw" the flip before you reach the top of the wake, possibly trying to make up for, what may seem to be a slower approach, due to the choppy water. The key with the backroll is to let the wake do the work, and initiate the roll at the top of the wake. When you do it correctly, you will have plenty of rotation, just have to wait for it.
Hope that helps...

Yea, makes sense, cause the approach seems same every time. I'll concentrate on waiting when water is rough.
Thanks.
