Here's somethign to mess with your head. You are left foot forward (LFF) - correct? Try switching your grip to a right handed basebal grip (right palm up). It will help you open your shoulders up more in the turn (IMHO). I am RFF and and switched to a left palm up a few years ago - I thought it made a significant difference and wish I had made the change a long time ago.
