    Default Sub Box Build

Hey guys, i seem to neglect the forums and use them only when i need help so i felt like i would give back and let you guys in on my build. Im building a box for my km10 sub on my 09 XLV GG that will mount on the back of the kick panel, i will try to be as descriptive as possible and include lots and lots of pictures. At the time i have only removed the kick panel and bought 3/4in "marine grade" ply wood i have a 6x4 ft sheet of it. So i will post as the build progresses!

Default Before you build it, call Exile Audio

They have a ready built box for the XLV thats roughly 300 dollars with the trim panel. I've seen the box on youtube and want it, want it, want it. I"d at least call and talk with Brian and tell him the sub you plan on using and see if that works for you. My 02 cents

been so busy enjoying the lake and trying to break in the new jetski i havent got it done yet. all boards are cut i used the 3/4in water resistant ply wood. all thats left now is to cut the sub hole and assemble the box. i am thinking i may end up carpeting it now because the design did not go as planned so it sticks about 8inches from the old kick panel position, which on our xlv is not a problem because there is sooooo much leg room. pics and final results soon to come.
