the folks at perfect pass
On friday I made a call to the folks at perfect pass inquiring about the star gazer system upgrade as I have been having trouble with my paddle wheel system. Not only did they help me and told me how to trouble shoot my problem but they wanted me to check every possible problem before they would sell me the upgrade system. Well I got it fixed and i just thought I would post something about how great there customer service is! So I did not buy the upgrade and now everything is working great!

That's consistent with everything we hear about PP. What a well run outfit with outstanding customer service.

Ditto. I had a great experience with them as well when I put in the StarGazer. The system is awesome and took no time to install.
