Issues with swim platform from Surfing?
Anyone experience excessive wear on the swim deck mounting points and/or brackets due to the additional water pressure pushing against it when surfing? I haven't noticed anything on mine yet, but we've only surfed twice so far, but visually it looks like there is more water pushing on it than when we're wakeboarding.

no issues but especially with the lip at the edge....thinking of filling it in with some silicone to smooth the flow for the interim

I've also thought about cutting off the lip across the back of the platform. I think it's just fiberglass so just take a cutoff wheel and leave 1/8" or so and just smooth it off by sanding the edge with higher and higher grit paper. I would leave the lip on the left and right sides of the platform since I'm guessing it does provide some structural benefit. Any thoughts on that tactic?
