North Manistique in the Upper Peninsula. It's a great lake, never busy. The only problem is it's 5 hours from my house.

From that picture it looks like a great lake. We are not too far from you near Lansing, in Delton/Cloverdale on Long Lake. Not a big lake but relatively quiet and clean. There are some larger lakes, Gun and Gull Lake which is beautiful.

Hey BobP, I live in Richland and go to Gull Lake all the time. I use to go with my buddy when he lived on long lake. Nice lake but it can get shallow with no rain.

I'm not sure if you are referring to Gull or Long lake, but I thought
of Gun lake as well when you mentioned shallow. We've been on
Long lake 4 yrs now and haven't experienced shallow water, other
than the pass at Ackers Point. Some cottages have shallow access
but the main riding areas of lake are 30-50 ft. Wish we could afford
living on gull lake but that ain't happening any time soon.2008 Outback V
