Ballast upgrade for LS
Hoping someone with an LS can chime in on this. Is there a way to improve upon the stock hard tanks under the rear seat of an LS? ie Will upgrading to bags increase the amount of ballast in this location? I'd like to add more ballast without having more than one bag out in the open.

Asked my dealer about this last winter. He said no. Best way to increase is to put a 750 on the floor of surf side. I just got bigger friends.

Yeah thats what I was afraid of. It doesn't look like there's much room for expansion under there. Oh well, just have to pile more people in the boat I guess.

I have a bag under the rear seat as well as one in my storage compartment behind that.

Hey O2, do you get more weight in the underseat bags than the factory hardtanks? I also have put my 750 bag in the ski locker but worry about all that weight on top of the gas tank. I guess I could put one bag there and one on the floor surf side...
