    Unhappy customer service

    Has anybody emailed customer service at skier's choice and received a reply? I have emailed them 3 times regarding the problem im having with my new boat and they have not responded.

    I've emailed them back around the first part of April and it took about 2 weeks to get a response from them. In talking to my dealer it seems like they are hard to get a hold of even for them sometimes. I would recommend calling them instead of emailing. I know that worked better then emailing in the past for me.

    I emailed them last week and got a reply the next day. I emailed them
    at [email protected] , Dan miller emailed me and was super helpful.

    I have always had great luck with the e-mails above and the responses i get from each depart eith by e-mail or phone or both.

    I've sent a couple emails to [email protected] and they've been returned as undeliverable. I'll try again, and follow up with a phone call.
