New carpet for 2008 Outback V

My carpet is all compressed and stained. There is no way a carpet cleaning will bring it back to life.

What are my options?

Does Moomba sell the replacement carpet or do I need to have it custom installed?

My buddy just got a roll of factory carpet from Skier's Choice (maker of Moomba and Supra) for his Supra. It was not cut to shape but he has plenty of experience in upholstery that he did a great job on the install. I'm pretty anal about what goes in my boat to minimize stains. No red or orange drinks. No red or orange chips. No smoking and no greasy/messy foods.

I bought the carpet overlay from chillyX to keep the carpet nice so i don't have to deal with it.
