    Default How Many Plugs?

I have a 2004 LSV, how many plugs does it have? I know about the one in the back but I talked to a guy that has a BU and he said his had two. He said it was a T-handle plug in the ski locker and he put his boat in when he first put the boat in it was not in and took on a lot of water. Thanks

Moomba LSV only has 1 plug in the back of the boat. Some of the XLVs ive seen have one in the center of the boat, on the floor is a door and inside there is a plug.

LSVs only have a plug in the very rear of the boat, wish there was a ski locker plug, then i wouldnt have to clean the nasty water out of it all the time.

Thanks, nothing worse than taking the boat out for the first time and sink it. Do you just shop vac out the nasty water because I have a little of that under my fat sac?

How in the world would you get to it if they did? The LSV has no room for one unless they totally redesigned the under floor hardware?

    Razz,

There is about a 4” or 5" diameter “hole” in the gas tank that you can stick your arm down into and touch the bottom of the boat (see pic below) so it would not be too hard to add a second drain fitting in our boats and in fact, I think this is probably how SC did it. On the new boats, there is a little approx 6” x 6” square of the floor right above that hole that you can pull out and then you can reach down and remove/install the tee drain plug. Another option is to put a second bilge bump in that hole and Y it into the bilge hose line. I may do a little more research on this over the weekend.
