Default Left rear bag will not empty

I have a 2006 outback V. Left rear will fill but will not empty. Any suggestions? Fuses are fine.

does the pump come on-can you hear it?

if so is there something blocking the hoses so water cant pass?

if not, check to make sure you have power to the pump-simple test light.

try swapping it with one of the other pumps is another simple test

Could be a cut wire some where if the fuse is good.

I had the same problem last year, I noticed that one of the wires under the dash was disconnected from the ballast motherboard. Most probably from a road trips or impacts from the waves on the boat. A small board with 6 orange wires connected to it.
My problem was cause because the wires were too tight ....The factory which build the boat, screwed in the motherboard for the ballast in a place that cause to much tension on the wires...So when there was a large impact on the boat. Pop, one of the wires would pop out from the board.I could not empty my ski locker ballast no more until I replug in the wire.
This year, I unscrew the ballast motherboard and replaced it where there was less tension on the wires.
    I hope this helps.

At the beginning of last year all of my pumps were not working. Come to find out all the fuses were blown. Replaced them all and everything worked again. Simple and cheap fix.

Same issue as 4fish4. The wires were disconnect on the ballast motherboard under the desh. I spliced the wires to make them longer. Problem solved. Thanks Skiers choice for saving 2 cents per boat with shorter wires.
