IF your referring to the bow roller you'll never get off or on while the boats on the trailer. I took the new roller and tools (ratchet and wrench) to the lake with me. Loosen everything up before launching, back down and when the boats floating reach over and do it real quick, took all of two minutes. Or you can do it in the lot while the boats in the water.

Overton's was the best deal i'd found. Look here at this thread.

Twist back and forth while pulling hard on those and they will come off.

Badasshybrid try jacking up the boat with blocks a little to take the pressure of the trailer/roller. That should help a little. Maybe squirt some penetrating oil on there and let it sit a couple days.

    Feeling better yet?

I never said anything about a bow roller. Its in the middle of my trailer, in front of the bunks. My boat keel hits this roller before any of the boat hits the bunks.

I have tried that with no progress at all. I will give it another try.
