Raw water pump wobble...
I have a 1998 mobius with a 350 out of a suburban in it. (the previous owner didn't winterize it right or something) I noticed the water pump that attaches to the engine crankshaft wobbles quite a bit, I don't think it is normal but I was curious if anyone elses did the same thing?
I took it to check the impeller out and also to make sure the shaft was straight. I think the motor may have the wrong harmonic balancer on it, but I have now way of telling. It seems like the flange on the pump isn't quite centered on the crank.

I've wondered the same thing? I have a '03 Mobius DD. I noticed it on the test drive and when I asked the dealer, he said it was normal, but I'm thinking he could've been just trying to BS me on anything at that point.

I've noticed a little bit of wobble in the raw water pump. I think it's probably to be expected. Everything is tight and seems fine.
