    Default need to replace ballast sacks couple ?'s

    finally was able to summerize the boat this weekend,dug out the ballast sacks from the basement and to my suprise a mouse decided to make a home inside 2 of themso i need 2 new bags.i would like to upgrade the rears but i dont want to mess with the pumps or any plumbing at all.what size bags will fit in the rear w/o any modification.its an 08 LSV

    Bummer! But think positive - now you get to upgrade! Most go with 750's (20x20x50) but some go with the new 1100 lb monsters.

    local shop has them priced at $125 for 750's and $225 for the 1100's for local. I did an 1100 on the pass side, but only a 750 on the driver, however think I might upgrade. def. do the 1100's if you surf at all.

    Can you get enough nose weight with the 1100's ?

    And how much does it make a difference ? I imagine there has to be a point it doesn't get any better or bigger just uses more gas.


    But you got me thinking...lol
