    that's what we did this spring too, in our kamberra w/ playpen. It worked pretty well.

    Before seeing this, I'd already started plans on making one like this one & Canuckle Head's. I plan on using black or dark smoke plexiglas and slipping it in rails (made by 80/20 Inc.). I was even going to try wrapping it towards the back so the windshield seals against it. the Kamberra has a slight recess at the edge of the seats before the walkthru, so you'd never catch anything on the rails, or touch them when sitting back.

    I like that 80/20 product but from as far as I can tell, they don't have an extrusion that will accept 1/2" Acrylic. Bummer!

    Probably not, but 1/2" is probably thicker than it really needs to be, esp. if it is held in a track.
