Speaker Question
I have an '04 Mobius LSV that I ordered with tower speakers. I did not get a sub woofer however. When my kids are wakeboarding they can't hear the music, while I get a headache because it is so loud. Is this normal? Would a sub woofer make a difference? Any help/advice is appreciated.
Thanks

The sub will only increase the bass, but it will take the bass out of the stock speakers and the cage speakers. That will allow them to operate in the midrange and tweeter areas and might make it easier to hear behind the boat. As far as headaches, might want to invest in some earplugs. I can hear mine behind the boat, not the bass just the higher ranges. My subwoofer will vibrate anything off the dash that happens to find its way there. Might want to ask a local stereo shop about this in case your amplifier isn't big enough to push all the speakers with the addition of a sub.
