1st ski of the season
So one of my ski buddies sends me an email yesterday night while out kayaking. Seems there was a boat of teenagers out wakeboarding. Well that gets the group to talking, when are we going to get started. We have the State TKD championships this saturday, so I'm shooting for Sunday.
Not bad, last ski of the season was Nov 8th. First ski should be March 28th. Considering where we live, I can live with that

that's awesome man. I'm still waiting on my drysuit to arrive (well ok I ordered it last Friday so it hasn't been that long). Water here is 46 degrees; Hope that drysuit gets here by next Wednesday which I have off. Can't wait to test the perfect pass.

Today we are supposed to get a cold snap for a couple days. Supposed to drop to the 30's and low tonight 22. I hope like you say Daze that Sunday is a lot better

I wish I could ride this weekend! My dad is out of town, and L's parents are coming into town. That means that I have no way to tow the boat (usually use dad's van), and no time to sneak out to the lake anyway. I'm shooting for April 2nd, rain or shine

LOL! I'll pass on that, I think I'll stick with my wetsuit. I just hope he doesn't do the same with a drysuit!

Plans may have tanked. Droping to 18 tonight and only slightly warmer for weekend. Plus wind is nuts right now. Just got off lake about 2 hrs ago and no fun. What a change from yesterday, warm and flat
I'll wait until the last second to pull the plug though, I anxious not crazy

We are looking at 74 and sunny tomorrow. I'm sure my water temps are still around 58 though. Still, might just throw on the shorty and get in a surf run. Got a little break in left to do but man would it be nice to get the first ride in.
