    so ed, race report? hope you are feeling well!

    i had a 10m race on sat, did ok, was a bit slower than i wanted, but still 1:10:54

    Ed - If I did the math right, you averaged 10 minutes 38 seconds per mile. I think that's fantastic! And, it's pretty amazing that you are not sore today. Probably testament to good training. Did you celebrate with a Yuengling? I heard that Obama lost a hockey bet and is sending a six pack to the Canadian Prime Minister. Must be good stuff. (I hope.)     They will still have the 1/2 marathon next year!

    Glad you guys had better weather than the 5K race. Nice to hear you're not sore. The cement on Bayshore Blvd can take a toll!
