run fast ed!
Hey Ed,
is your marathon this weekend? run fast and well. would love to get toFL and run on the flat land.
i did a 12 mile out and back with 2700 feet gain, but there was a hot spring at the end so it was worth it.

Thanks for the gear info. May look into that. Most of my running starts at 5-6a fortunately most is on paths so I don't have to worry about the predawn drivers.
Love the reflective gear. We do mtn trail runs in summer at night. The reflective stuff lights up when the head light hits it.
I guess your Boston quality time is getting easier to hit then is that what you are saying or just you are getting old?
If things go good this summer I will mAy try and quality for Boston in the fall. The main thing this year will be to complete some ultras, hopefully a 100
and boat at least 6x per month from may to sept.

a little longer winter and I'm down there ED.
I put my moomba in this weekend LAST year.. Only thing I could possibly do this year is put in ON the lake.... a little icy up here! Love it, but miss my winter wakeboarding sanity trips..
one of my sales guys has the motto:
Starting a race is optional
Finishing one is mandantory!Brad
