Mexico for winter break

Back from Mexico. Weather was ok, more overcast than sunny. I didn't go in the ocean even, cool water and rough breaks at the shore. Pools were fantastic though, 85 deg at least. Saw the para-sail boats , they were kind of old didn't see anyone doing water sports besides riding the big banana . Did take a water taxi to Yelapa , south of there on the coast , we stopped and looked at a school of dolphins that was neat. Oh yeah, free shots of tequila every restaurant. The pelicans on the ski boat waiting for a banana ride crack me up!!

Nice, I usually hit up Cancun 2-3 times per year and will make one of the trips in the colder months.

Yes it was good to get away. I can agree with you on the Cancun side of Mexico. I was in Cozumel for a day last year at this time and noticed the ocean water was warm. Might look into that area next year. Seems like most of my coworkers like to travel and one likes to go to Puerto Rico and then cruise out from there or hit other islands. I read an article in Water ski mag about the Turks and Caicos islands and someone had a water ski wake board business there you could hire.

Headin to the Mayan Riviera in 3 weeks, maybe the snow will be all gone when i get back
