Ballast Pumps

I have an Outback LS with tower and 2 bertha bag ballast system.
My dad had left the ballast pumps on overnight. Now they are not working, the rear pump works only on empty, but does not fill. There is no sound on fill. The front ski locker pump does not work on empty nor on fill. The light on the switches turn on. I need help to get this fixed, need to go out boarding with a big wake again.

I'd say there toast.Most of these pumps use the water they are pumping as a coolant.You probably can smell them and tell if they are spent.
