Thanks, those are good ideas. I had considered paint but disregarded it because paint usually doesn't stick well to aluminum. But powder coat is indeed better.

Have a leaking actuator on my 07 LSV. I can't locate one on Bennett that seems to match the length of the factory ones. Does anyone have a part number before I call Bennett? TIA

Beas, did you resolve this? I did the upgrade and with it, installed a new bilge pump. Same problem, it's now always on. There has to be something with the wiring that causes that.
