Boards?
What kind/size boards are you guys using? I'm looking for something for tricks that will handle a 200lb rider.
Thanks -

Just need steps 9-14 on an Outback LS
The direct drive models have easy access to the impeller. 3 screws and the cover is off. You can also bump the starter to get it loose. I always carry a spare.

Wakesurf boards
I think the wake surf boards are by design, faster and more maneuverable behind a boat wake. You could do it with a long board, but I think it would get boring pretty quick. If you are going to do...

Bilge replacement.....
I think my bilge is going out. Does anybody know the factory or other replacement?
My boat is about 1 1/2 hours away and I want to take the replacement with me. 2003 Outback LS.

Rad-a-cage tower thickness?
I have seen varying sizes from 1 1/2 to 1 7/8 inches on the rad-a-cage thickness. Which one is it? I'm having trouble getting a tower mirror arm to attach.
Thanks, -

We just got back from our first Wake surfing trip. My boat has no factory ballast, so we stacked two 540 lb sacks on the side we surfed. A full gas tank also helped. Our experienced surfers were...

A word of wisdom on replacing the stock speakers. The size is 6 1/2, but the factory grills leave a large ring if you use a 6 1/2 speaker to replace them. If you go up to the db675, you will cover...

Nice boat, good luck with the cleaning crew. After 13 years of married bliss, I get help about 1 out of 10 cleanings! I really like the Black/white combo. Very Nice! :)

I have an LS, but I haven't tried wakesurfing yet. (NO BOARD)!!! Most Wakeboard setups recommend 60% in back, and 40% up front. I plan on buying a 600lb bag for the back, and a 400lb bag for the...

I went with a 6 3/4 inch speaker. I had to dremmel out the opening, because it's a 6 1/2 inch size. You might be able to get a trim ring from an audio shop. It might cover the extra vinyl area. I...

Yep, mine seems to be at idle only. It starts off right away. I also leave the whinners at the dock, so that's not the problem! ;) I will tighten the belt this weekend.

I have the same boat, and the back hook is fine for most. If you have a skier over 200lbs, that cuts hard, you need them on the pylon. If not, you will be fighting the back end of the boat...
