Just my .2 worth but I've towed several different sized boats with several of the vehicles you are considering.

First set up I had was a 24ft I/O with a 454 big block.... This was a pretty good...

13 LSV is different and able to easily put in Gatorstep or the like..... your 11 is like my old 12 and the rear center panel isn't even fiberglass its aluminum..... There is no way to make this look...
