Spent some time the last 2 days in the whitehouse area. Lots of new development going on over here, still sumner county, and very beautiful rural greenery that gallatin does not have. Short drive...

We stopped by one of the developments in Hendersonville today, I think gallatin is more suited being closer to the lake.

I was kind of in your position. Wanted a full size SUV capable of towing the boat if desired.
Ended up with the 3.0 duramax in a high country Tahoe....

Here locally where I am, plenty of year old 23LSV to be had in the 130s, asking. With cash there’s always room for less.
And I guarantee you, there’s wiggle room in this XT24 at 140k. ...

I’ve never really been the biggest fan of realtors. Every purchase I’ve made it’s seemed to work out better when we do the scouting ourselves.
