With help from Indmar I found the problem. The secondary high pressure fuel pump corroded apart. The pump is inside the PVC pipe above the water/fuel seperator. The water ate it up over a 4 year time...

EFI Indmar engine. I can not get gas out of the seperator. The filter is only 3 hours old. I have good pressure going in from the fuel pump.
The dealer said that the seperator is also a regulator...
