Yes, the swim platform submerges and I haven't noticed any peeling. I only had to re-adhere maybe 1 square foot total around the entire boat but it has held perfectly everywhere thus far.

I think they're 650 pounds each side plus 400/400 up front for 2100 total. Wakemakers has 1140 (I think they recently bumped up to 1190) each side, work great, make the difference in the wave.
