Smrtz,
Just a quick update to the 20 hr issue. I ended up bringing my boat to Walker Point Marina for the service as it's only 15 minutes from the cottage. Great service, very thorough, and done... -

Delivery of the new Outback was second week in July and we've now got 50 hours on the meter. When we're up at the cottage we average 8-10 hours per weekend. It hasn't just been great for water...

I have an '06 Outback and I'm seeing around 43-44 mph top end at around 4800 RPM. I did notice a slight increase in speed after my 20 hr, but not much. I do find that playing with the wake plate and...

Maybe I have no problem because my boat spends most of its time out of the sun in a boathouse...?

My dealer told me that the problem has been addressed with the '06 models. Something about different compound... I haven't had a problem yet with my '06 Outback.

Unfortunately docks are a necessity where we are. The boat stays in a boat house, and half the time in the boat is spent cruising to local towns to shop and sightsee. I might get some larger round...

Quick question regarding dock scuffs. What's the best way to get rid of the rubber scuffs on the gel coat from docking? I've seen acetone used on the rud rail, but I don't think it's apropriate for...

I have to agree with Smrtz. I would never have thought of grey as a good boat colour, but it's really quite nice...very subtle. I bet it hides the scuffs from the dock better than my navy blue...
