Mine fell out too ... just used the 5 minute epoxy from the local hardware store and has held up fine. 30 minute is likely a better route though may be a bit more rigid after cure.

Do not buy a snap down cover. Go to evolution covers -- he only makes them for inboard boats and it is the best cover you will ever find. The snap down covers allow too much in and on the boat...
