My guess is the dealer sold me the wrong steering cable.......its the only logical explanation.....too long.

Unfortunately, hardware stores here in the U.K. only stock Metric sizes, i need to mail order some Imperial sizes, thus i cannot compare physically.

I adjusted my linkage, which may have come loose, and i have adjusted the idle on the carb.

Problem solved.

Took my Moomba Mobius V 2000 out for the first run of the season at the weekend.

My Perfect Pass Wakeboard Pro is still doing what it did last season!!!

As soon as i start or put the engine...

Checked the sender unit and the wiring and the gauge.
No problems found.
The gauge just likes to read around 40 when the power is switched off, but returns to zero when powered back on....

i disconnected the supply to the gauge and dosconnected the battery, gauge reads 50.00!!!
Can the gauge be reset, or is it unserviceable?

Okay, so if i disconnect the gauge from the sender unit, what should the gauge read?
0.00 psi?
Or does it read atmospheric pressure?
