where in SW Florida is he going?
I did find some photos of the loaded 2003 at the Jamboree we had in Tampa. They are on my work computer and I'm leaving in 8 minutes. Will be back to work on Monday, I'll send them then.
If anything, I would put the (2) 540's in the rear and 400 along the side - with a big heavy cooler full of beer and ice.
Not sure If I have any photos any longer. PM me your email address and I...
I had nothing to do with that.
Used to surf behind a 2003 Outback DD. 800 lbs along the engine, 1000 in the rear. Had one of those el-cheapo couches that served as ballast. Really decent wave, but not much room left in the boat...
My wife LOVED the Inland Surfer Green Loogie.
sandm.....wasn't it you that once had a little incident with a top rail of a fence? Been a long time. Someone had a bar snap back and caused them some missing teeth.
sandm....your not gonna put up your own chain link fence are you?
"Hopefully you get Keenan’s surf skills too!"
I once spent the day surfing with Keenan and his brother Noah. They surprised the hell out of me by both of them getting on one board - while...
just tossin' this idea out...consider the Orlando attractions (Disney, Universal, etc). If you acted quickly you could rent a lake front house and rent a boat.
Lake front house is available thru...
The "Bush Ranger"
"Just a wild ass guess...... Long Live the Roo?" you are correct! Kaneboats uses that in his signature.
At one time the slalom Roo was changed to a wakeboarding Roo.
Roo was the creation...
LLTR - bet there are many members on here who have no idea what that stands for.
My question - does the Roo logo exist on any of the newer Moomba models or is it gone?
Interesting and heart warming thread. Brought it forward in case anyone needs it.
Hope everyone in the path of that hurricane makes it out safe.
You actually drive down to Orlando from Jax area for service?
Once had 32 Moomba & Supra boats and 174 people from Central Florida get together for a party.
Now a days, you'd be lucky to find 4 boats. The newest Orlando dealer does zilch to promote Supra...
I am speculating that the problem and the cause should have been identified before the guy left the dealers lot.
P.S. meant to state ...Oh absolutely he has that responsibility. I also think that the dealer has the responsibility to make sure the trailer works with the tow vehicle :)
Oh absolutely he has that responsibility.
Fortunately, when I bought my Moomba's (Outback and Outback V), I had a dealer that gave me an hour long orientation and actually took my truck and...
I agree with that. Unfortunately this guys dealer didn't thoroughly check out the connection between truck and boat before he drove off the lot.
Guys boat did come with a round 7-pin connector on a coiled cord. I asked him if it came like that from the dealer, he said yes. I have no idea if he got it straightened out - I probably will never...
I saw that key (about 3" long) and it was installed.
I'm just surprised that this dude spends $60 grand on a boat and can't get it into a driveway. He really didn't know much at all about his...
Today some guy brought a 2018 Craz to my neighbors house.
All day long he kept trying to back it into this guys driveway, but couldn't get the boat over a real small grade.
I'm talking a bump...
