Looks like the 540's bags are round/cylindrical vs the 600's that are sqaure/rectangular. I'd go with the 600's.

I believe they are 750 lbs.

I'm interested. What are the dimensions of the bags? And how many and where are the ports located? Sorry I'm not familiar with the gravity III bags.
