I think you can get bigger than that but I haven't tested it yet.

Yep, there's 3 bolts underneath holding the upholstered panel on. you remove the nuts and it pulls off then this just sits in place of the original one.

I doubt it's really even setup from.the factory just hooked up and turned on for testing.
The supras have the JL dsp amps and have a tune loaded into them which isn't terrible bit still needs help...

Another thought since that cushion is probably not used that often would be to pull the upholstery and shave a 1/2" or so out of the back of the foam and throw the vinyl back on.
