I don't have any pics, but i do know that the factory ballast intake has enough flow for all the bags. The fastory 3 bag system in my 04 LSV has 3 pumps feeding through the factory intake.

I just use a pad lock while the tounge is swung away.
Pull the pin, swing away, throw a lock where you removed the pin so it can't be put back in.

I would fathom a guess that your fat sacks have nothing to do with the starting of the boat.
