Could you put a piece of 1” aluminum angle iron under the original channel to keep the panel from pushing in. That is what I am going to try on my side panels
My stock perfect pass in mine 2009 supreme was flakey after a year or 2 Switched it over to the stargazer it worked great for 10 years straight
I wipe mine down at the end of each day withe a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water
Second owner here bought it this spring with 30 hrs on it so we will see what the dealer says. It should be double stitched along the piping not sure was it isn’t from factory.

Check all the plugs on the bags my 2019 max was doing this I check and most of them were loose. I put Teflon tape on then and tightened then and they are good now.
Unplug it and plug it back in to see if that helps
What was the voltage at the alternator?
Never mind I see your boat is a 2021. I would check for loose connections at the alternator itself. I had charging issues on my last boat once and it was a loose power wire on the alternator

We have put 75 hrs on our new to us 2019 since may running on both batteries with no issues. The alternator should have no issues charging both batteries at once.
We only surf and I don’t care about WOT top speed I would like to get better fuel economy I believe the prop I have is more suited for high elevation. Boat has all kinds of power
