When my boat was on the trailer, I used a clear tube and created a siphon. I knew there was appx 15- 20 gallons in the boat, so I had my plastic red 5 gallon jugs ready.

Probably spot on with “locked” dealer market. I’ve heard that about some FL places too, where MC, BU, or Naut would have the presence and dealers, so SC would have a harder time breaking into that...
