Each Costco has different inventories on those batteries so you need to check other stores. I don't think they are as good as the Trojan batteries I used but they jumped in price a lot.

Ok I bit the bullet and purchased a set of http://www.usbattery.com/usb_images/usb_bat_us145xc.jpg
What are you charging yours with Mike?
I just use the Pro Sport 20 hooked up as a 12v. I get home and at the advise of Dave with Earmark, i turn my ACR system to OFF and plug in the charger, this way it charges the 2 6V batteris <as 12v> and then the house seperate.
When running the boat i let the ACR do the work.
Just remember hook 1 positive term of 1 battery to the Negative of the other battery, and then pretend those two posts don't exist. Don't hook anything else to those 2 posts.
Then your golden LOL
Ok I am going to run them completely independent of the boats charging system and just charge them while at home.
That works too, i"d suggest just making sure the home charger has a computer to sense the voltage/amperage requirements, and slow charge them. I tend to just leave the boat plugged in as much as possible at home but sometimes i get lazy and forget for a few days LOL
Just ordered a ProMariner 20 - amp ProSport Gen 2 Battery Charger (2 - bank; 12/24V) I want to make the batteries and charger removable in case I buy a new boat in the near future.
I hear ya man i hear ya loud and clear LOL.
I have several things on Mojo that won't go with it when its sold, I'll buy new cheaper items lol.
Such as my Enzo bags, those will stay with me but ill leave 1100's LOL
This what i got off the internet for the Costco GC2 that are made by Johnson Controls.
GC2 US Battery Red Top:
Amp-Hour at the 20 hour rate: 220 Ah
Minutes at 75 amps: 110 minutes
Minutes at 25 amps: 425 minutes
I also like "Battery Tender" chargers and use them for my smaller batteries. They don't overcharge.

you'll like the prosport. nothing better than coming back from a day/weekend on the lake and just plug the boat in. ready to go next time :)
