So, what do you do for Cinco de Mayo? Is it a big deal where you live? Does it involve boating activities? Have you ever even heard of it?

The weather SUX here this week/end so no boating...AGAIN. We'll probably hit up the Mexican restaurant around the corner from the house.
We are forecast for some ridiculously nice weather here that is pretty rare this early - upper 80's on Cinco and I have a shell of a boat.... Otherwise we'd be out soaking it up. Can't even garage boat - have no cushions or stereo!
I'm not allowed to have Tequila anymore so may have to stick with Dos Equis or Coronas.
We will be on the lake of course. Berg your more then welcome to come out with us and enjoy the warm weather.
Cinco de Drinko! Weather is supposed to get cold again tomorrow am. Going from mid to high 80s this week to 40s so we are wake boarding here today then finishing the school week and headed down to Hydrous in Allen Tx for the weekend. We'll celebrate there and hit up El Fenix or Chuy's for food and beverages.

on a sunday. probably not much.
not a big deal up here that I can see, but was in Boise with the number of mexican restaurants..
if you do the research, this is not a real big holiday in Mexico, more of an "american" celebration..
and I don't do hard liquor anymore after too many mojitos one night at an all-inclusive in cancun :(
Neighborhood Margarita party! Local Tex-Mex restaurant will be catering food and bringing along 4 margarita machines. Obviously, within walking distance of the house so . . . . .
I think you meant "crawling" distance
