new stereo install..
finally finished the new stereo install. it was a pita and a lot of work but glad it's finally finished..
the shop I was lucky enough to borrow for 2 months. cousins boat next to mine. doing a ballast install starting next week on his..
where I spent the last 8 weeks..
nothing like tearing up a brand new boat..
added a power switch and a new puck to the helm to remove the stereo out of the electronic screen. now it stays on when the boat is powered off..
sub box. there's a panel that's not installed here that covers up all the electronics in the back. makes a nice foot shelf and looks factory imo..
amp rack finished..
added a 3rd battery and a prosport charger in the rear. all I have to do is open the rear hatch where the shower is and plug the boat in. anxious to try it out on the water and see how long the runtimes are. 2 dedicated stereo batteries and class g/h amps should make for a full day without worrying about charging batteries..
added 2 pairs of icon8's on the tower. didn't want hlcd's as I don't board, only surf and sound quality was much more important than volumes. they sound amazing..
nice work, bet those arc amps will rip, nice to have a heated shop like that to do work.
Nice bro, maybe ill try to make it out your way this summer for a weekend LOL. Your only about 8 hours from me.
Very clean. Id love to hear some of the icon series. I bet they sound good.
