Might be a good deal on a Möbius bimini....http://m.ebay.com/itm/Excellent-Cond...%257Ciid%253A1
I found a pair of Airguide speedometers on Ebay this week for $150 for a pair. They came out of a Centurion that was last used in 2008 and the seller claims they worked back then. One of my speedometers crapped out a couple of years ago with a bad diaphragm so I will replace the guts and use my housing. Classic Boat Works sells them refurbished for $250 each IF they have any available but they also sell new bezels and dials so I know I can dismantle the gauges. We'll soon see if I got the real deal or a zonker.

Don't know if this is legit-- doesn't seem like it-- but WTH??????????

either a scam or it's missing a zero on the end ($45,000).
Going with typical CL scam. Totally generic description and nothing about the actual boat. Way underpriced. No registration numbers on the side, not even shopped out, just not there.
Been on for almost a month. At that price it would have sold.
They are often real boats, (cars, atvs...etc) just ones that scammers take the pictures from a real ad... list a generic and low priced to snag attention. Often never really wanting to scam money and pretend to sell it but just gather your info.
If it seems to good to be true, just copy the text out of the ad and google search that, which in turn pulls up either other fake ads or the possible the original

My reply:
Dude,
I will knock the living s*it out of you with one punch. But, you are not getting off for a measly $30. You have to pay $50 cash up front and a six pack of some decent craft beer. If you deal in good faith then you will see it was well worth it. Well, you will only see stars and blackness but, hey, don't go halfway, right? I'll pound your ass into oblivion so that when you wake up you will be very satisfied. Of course, video is extra.
