The 6.0 does have its problems but if you fix them its a very good engine. The 06/07 was a lot more reliable then the 04/05
Here's a good start for anyone who feels that way:

There's more and I could keep going. I would have no trouble owning a 6.0. Best believe I would show up for the test drive with a scan gauge 2 and the owner better be able to prove it was well maintained.
People ask me to find them 7.3's and I try and talk them into 6.0's.

Not sure what a "Supra" is, but if you want some "Supra" pop up cleats
Supra is to Moomba what Lexus is to Toyota...

My 250 has the 6.0 in it and has had the EGR Delete, Head studs replaced with the longer ones, and been taken care of from the dealership. Even had an extended 200k warranty on the engine. Thats the only reason I got my 6.0 and I haven't had a lick of problems from it! I love driving it everywhere too!! ...and it loves my wallet too!...:-| However, we won't go into talking about the transmission!...
Well you took care of two of the biggest issues, EGR and Studs, only other to really change if it acts up is a remote oil cooler.
Trans, well that department isn't in my scope normally. I have been fortunate and never had a trans issue on any vehicle i have ever owned.
quite a few were looking for 2006+ LSV's. Here are a few under $35K
