I see your point Kane, guess is should have waited till today and asked last night what you thought about it. Well hopefully nothing like this happens again but if it does ill seek your advise, as i am not versed in these matters.
Hopefully all works well and theres no other issues.

Please don't take my posts as criticism. Sometimes getting any deal done requires a little bit of good faith sacrifice. As long as you are satisfied it's getting fixed right and not hitting the pocketbook more than you can stand -- that's what's really imporant. Most people that want to sue the pants off someone end up looking down and seeing they have no pants of their own anymore either.
