The depth finder on my 2015 Moomba Mondo either reads 999 or - - -. Could it be an issue with the transducer? I have pulled in and cleaned the face of and debris. Checked connections. Is it time for a new transducer?

I’m having the same issues with my 2015 Mojo. Did you find a solution? Where is the depth finder located? I got underneath the boat the best I could and couldn’t find it.
There is a triducer. It reads depth, and water temp. More than likely it finally died.
I am waiting for the same thing to happen. If you lift the v-drive cover and look around toward the gas tank, oppisite of the bilge pump you will find it.
How difficult is the replacement?
I changed mine and all is good now. There is an updated part number. This was the one for my ‘15 Moomba.Quote:

Replacement is very easy and can be done in the water. Simply unplug the old unit, unscrew the collar and pull it out. There is a semi check valve in the housing that slows the water flow. Check the new unit for correct o-rings, grease the o-rings, install the new unit in the correct orientation for the paddle wheel. Connect the new unit.
